Calming Four Primordial Swing Dance Group

Tues­day nights from 7–10:30, the Heights Com­mu­nity Cen­ter becomes extremely com­fort­able for old cars, girls with poo­dle skirts, and guys with pom­padours. For $4, get a les­son in swing danc­ing, and then spend the night doing the Jit­ter­bug or Lindy Hop with pro­fes­sion­als and newbs alike. A peren­nial ABQ fave, this dance night is all ages, and often fea­tures a live band. You don’t have to look like you just stepped out of the year 1948 or the musi­cal Grease, but it can’t hurt.
