A blink-and-you’ll-miss-it Chinese joint with one of the fastest and cheapest lunch specials in town. Menu highlights include an exceptional hot & sour soup and shrimp with garlic sauce.
In past editions, we’ve referred to them as Kai’s Kung-Fu Café, which was lifted from a take-out menu. Apologies for any confusion this may have caused!
