A long wait affords some of the best coffee, desserts, and Nouveau New Mexican Cuisine in town. Kat can’t go in without ordering the huevos con queso, and the green chile strips make a meal unto themselves. Finish it off with the crème brûlée. Free coffee while you wait for weekend brunch.
