A long wait affords some of the best cof­fee, desserts, and Nou­veau New Mex­i­can Cui­sine in town. Kat can’t go in with­out order­ing the huevos con queso, and the green chile strips make a meal unto them­selves. Fin­ish it off with the crème brûlée. Free cof­fee while you wait for week­end brunch.
